About the workshop: What determines the managerial capacity of a modern medical institution manager?
At the workshop, you will work with the Leadership Competency Wheel - a practical model for assessing and developing leadership competencies, designed for a comprehensive view of the managerial capacity of a medical manager.
You will be able to assess your own profile, see your strengths and identify competencies that should be strengthened in order to more effectively manage a team, make decisions and respond to challenges.
And most importantly - the workshop will not end with self-assessment. Each participant will identify priority competencies and specific steps for their development, which can be applied in their own management practice.
The workshop will be held as part of the conference "Vector of Transformation. Strategy, Sustainability and International Leadership in Healthcare" and will become a platform for professional exchange of experience between heads of medical institutions, experts and representatives of the international community.
The conditions of participation in the workshop provide for the issuance of a certificate with 4.5 BPR points in accordance with current requirements.
