Національний інститут раку отримав сучасний 32-зрізовий спіральний комп’ютерний томограф виробництва Canon Medical Systems.

Медичне обладнання придбане коштом Міністерства охорони здоров’я України.

"Завдяки такому обладнанню, виділеному спеціально для стаціонарних відділень, лікарі Інституту раку зможуть проводити дослідження ургентним пацієнтам у найкоротші терміни та за мінімального переміщення тяжкохворих пацієнтів", - йдеться у повідомленні.

Найближчим часом лікарі відділення променевої діагностики пройдуть навчання для роботи з обладнанням та буде поданий відповідний пакет документів на отримання ліцензії на експлуатацію апарату.

The National Cancer Institute has received a modern 32-slice spiral computed tomography (CT) scanner produced by Canon Medical Systems.

The medical equipment was purchased with funding from the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

"With this equipment specifically allocated for inpatient departments, doctors at the Cancer Institute will be able to conduct urgent examinations for patients in the shortest possible time and with minimal movement of critically ill patients," the statement said.

In the near future, the physicians from the radiology department will undergo training to operate the equipment, and the necessary documentation will be submitted to obtain a license for the operation of the device.
